I am a strong operational leader with extensive experience in a variety of operational roles with a career spanning over 28 years. I have formed and structured many successful teams focusing on the highest standards of delivery. Having progressed through various operational roles, I have spent many years as Construction and Operations Director and more latterly Regional Director covering both the midlands and north. Working at this level and being actively involved in various Corporate Advisory roles, Project Management solutions and when required Dispute Resolution services, has given me the experience and knowledge to provide support to our clients in the offerings outlined in the Services section.

Having been involved in several business acquisitions and transformational change programs, Patrick has expanded regions geographically, increasing turnover and margins. This has required strategic leadership and when necessary significant business restructuring providing corporate advisory support.
With an operational bias towards challenging schemes, Patrick is able to forge strong relationships with clients and the wider project stakeholders, particularly in high-pressure environments. He is quickly able to identify problems and develop action plans to ensure project and wider regional targets are met. When necessary he has been actively involved in supporting dispute resolution teams to provide successful outcomes in challenging circumstances.
